Guzones only charges commission after a successful, completed sale. No sale = No commission.

How it works

The 5% commission applies only to the Free plan and is only charged when an order is successfully paid for. It is automatically deducted before the seller payout — you never calculate or pay anything manually.

Seller payouts

When a customer successfully pays for an order, Guzones first deducts the applicable commission and then transfers the remaining balance to the seller using the payout method selected during seller registration.
