At Guzones, refunds are issued only under specific and clearly defined conditions. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.

A refund may be granted only in the following situations:

• Failure to Deliver: If Guzones fails to deliver the purchased product or service.
• Order Cancellation: If the customer cancels the order within 30 minutes from the time the order was placed.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must contact our support team with their order details. Requests related to cancellation must be made within the 30-minute cancellation window.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

4. Processing Time

M-Pesa refunds are typically processed the same day once approved. Refunds by card or other payment methods typically take between 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's or payment provider's own processing times.
