to deliver orders quickly and safely.

Local orders (same country) are usually delivered within the same day to 2 days, depending on the distance between seller and buyer.

Refund Policy
Guzones protects users by offering refunds in specific situations.

M-Pesa refunds are usually processed the same day.

An order may be cancelled within 30 minutes after being placed.
