Posted Products
All products posted on Guzones must be legitimate,
real and accurately described.

Counterfeit or illegal products are prohibited.

Images must represent the real product.

Misleading descriptions are prohibited.

Sellers must publish accurate prices.
Out of Stock Products
When a product is no longer available,
the seller must disable it inside
“My Products”.

Sellers must avoid orders for unavailable products.

Guzones may cancel and refund orders for unavailable products.
Shipping & Delivery

Sellers must prepare orders quickly.

Local orders are usually delivered within the same day to 2 days, depending on the distance between seller and buyer.

International deliveries typically take between 3 and 21 days depending on the destination — see our Delivery Policy for the full breakdown by region.
Seller Payouts
Sellers must provide valid payout information
in order to receive earnings.

Cancellations & Refunds
